• Step 1) New Student Online Enrollment

      • Complete all steps of New Student Online Enrollment
      • Click submit.
    • If your student is new to D87 and you do not already have a Family Access account:
      • CLICK HERE to create an account for the New Student Online Enrollment
      • Complete all steps of New Student Online Enrollment
      • Click submit.

    Step 2) Provide Documentation 

      • Proof of Residency brought with you to your enrollment appointment (We need 2 different documents from the following)
        • Property Tax Receipt
        • Utility Bill
        • Medical Insurance Card
        • Bank or credit card statement
        • Insurance policy or bill
        • Lease Agreement or Mortgage Statement (front page and signature page)
      • Birth Certificate
      • 9th Grade Physical
      • Current Immunization Records
      • Temporary or Court Ordered Custody Documents (if you are not the mother or father enrolling the student)
      • IEP or 504 documentation (if you have one)
